Spring Workshops
Workshop26 offers creative writing classes in Orinda for elementary and middle school students—from passionate young writers to those just discovering their voice. In our warm, supportive environment, students develop writing and public speaking skills while connecting with peers who share their interests. Over time, many of our classes transform into joyful creative hubs - imagine a TV show's writer's room where young minds collaborate, encourage each other, and bring their stories to life, while also building their ability to write on demand. Materials Fee
Every session, each class selects a book, and we read through it together. Nine times out of ten, we don't finish the book, and, given that avid readers usually take the classes, the students often pester their parents for it when the class ends. This way, we can all read from it in class, and when the class is over, the book belongs to the student to keep. And, bonus, they can annotate their books as we go.
Already own the book? Just let me know, and I'll credit back your card or Zelle you the fee. Easy peasy.
